Cacti don't have scales, silly. That battery isn't going to help at all.

Having spent the better part of the month pulling cacti needles out of my calf muscle you will excuse me if I don't applaud your achievement.

speaking of pricks, on the 2nd page I posted a pic of a "penis cactus"
and since I took that picture the spines have been growing like crazy
for some reason. They are currently up to 45mm (1.75inch) long.

I can't imagine a penis with spikes that long being at all useful.

My day consisted of making a homemade vegetable beef soup, of which Jag had two bowls and Finn had one with his kibble, doing laundry, playing my ps4, and playing with this guy.....

Do your demons, do they ever let you go..?
When you've tried, do they hide, deep inside..?
Is it someone that you know..?

    Finnbar ................. The sound hound.

My day has started early ..... way too early.

Then again, there is something about watching the sunrise that always reminds me that I am a living part of the human race.

I had to fix a forty year old shower valve.

I don't mind having to fix something.

But I had to fix the shut off valve before I could turn off the house water to fix the shower valve.

But to fix the shut off valve I had to turn off the street valve.

But to shut off the street valve I had to fix the street valve wrench.

So it was a normal day around here.

^ my own plumb loco annecdote:

a little while back the cistern in my toilet was leaking water into the
bowl. After looking around online I found a video on how to fix the two
potential causes (for this model) and managed to fix it myself with a
    part which cost 50cents.
