    Growing up our neighbor Mrs. Domopolous made stuffed cabbage rolls that were magnificent. I gotta learn those!

    I had pasta with meat sauce, and rocket, avocado and walnut salad for dinner.

    Bacon and cabbage, again. Piece of bacon is big enough for 2 or 3 meals.

    I'm an exception, as far as cabbage and cauliflower goes. As soon as I eat them, 2 hours later I have to use the restroom.
    Beans, on the other hand, as well lentils, they don't cause me any problem (fortunately). I eat plenty of beans and lentils, specially in Winter.
    They're good to keep you warm, while at the same time giving you the same proteins you would get from meat.

    I had: Spaghetti with a bacon, egg and cheese sauce and eggplant parmigiana, for dinner.

    Made in Sicily, too.

    I wonder what a Sicilian would think of Kraft Italian style spaghetti in a box, of which I have 3 cases.

    Lunch was the 2 Burger king double cheeseburgers I had and yes, that was with the bread.

    I do get them plain so that reduces a lot of sugar.

    You'll probably going to look to the nearest Italian grocery store for some genuine Barilla or Divella's spaghetti.
    At least that's what my relatives in Sydney always did, whenever they wanted to eat genuine Italian food. Be it spaghetti, Italian salami, Parma's ham or Parmesan.

    Ever since I started making burgers at home, trust me. I never looked at McDonald's burgers the same way anymore.
    Matter of fact, they were even much more tasty.

    I just buy the burgers from a local meat store, fry them and put them in a hamburger bread, along with tomato sauce, mustard, pickled gherkin, a slice of onion at the top and cheddar.
    So delicious!
    At least I know that it hasn't sit there for a long time, or that it has been fried by recycling the same oil used to fry other chips and burgers of the day.
