Left overs - which is fine if you like the original dishes and they re-heat will.

Some stuff is even better after it's reheated.

    Lunch was simple.

Full chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat & about a 1/3 cup of lowfat cottage cheese with a couple of grape tomatoes.

Dinner will be whatever the kid wants to/wants me to nuke and I'll have a salad and get rid of the last of the bag lettuce before it goes icky.

It's so easy to blow up your problems...
It's so easy to play up your breakdown...
It's so easy to fly through a window...
It's so easy to fool with the sound...

Lunch was a grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup and green beans for the kid, and tuna salad, low-fat cottage cheese and green beans for me.

The guys had roast beef sandwiches and chips for lunch.

I had a mug of reduced sodium chicken broth and a piece of whole wheat bread and butter.

I think my salt reserves was depleted during all that sweating yesterday.

I'm having mini crock pot piece of chuck, mushroom and potato soupy stew.
I'll make a single serving of instant potatoes for the gravy with butter, nummy.

It's been hot but not unbearably so...so Dinner will most likely be hot dogs, potato salad & pork and beans. (and less tasty versions/alterations/substitutions for me)
