what did he actually achieve behind all the media smokescreen? - what were his defining policy successes, if any? - what will his legacy be?

even on his last day, trump seems determined to stir up more division in the country, throwing out 150 years of traditiion by not attending biden's inauguration and instead attempting to steal the thunder by having his own shindig before riding off into the sunset, never to be heard from again (like that's going to happen)
