If you are an Evangelical, what do you think it says about God's view on Trump's proposed replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg when half the room at her unveiling gets struck down with a potentially deadly virus
'Great vengeance and furious anger' spring to mind

Watching US politics from over here, there's been a lot of concern expressed about the future of American democracy. So, it is wonderful to see so many people taking their vote seriously and even being prepared to wait in line for hours just so they can vote. Well done, all those people. If you value your democracy, just vote. Preferably for decent candidates who can actually work with others to make things better for everyone.

just thinking about that trumpie video a few posts up following his mini-sequestration after a coronavirus moment

does anybody in the u.s. actually believe donald had coronavirus? - you don't go into hospital with it only to be fine and dandy again 3/4 days later

it seems much more likely donald has had some other sort of complaint and his team have spun it as covid to make donald seem more resilient in the midst of a campaign

he's clearly had some other sort of old man medical lapse like a mental wobble or a rectal collapse - maybe an allergic reaction to fake tan .....

i hear there are calls to have the candidates' mics cut off when it's the other guy's turn during the last tv debate

why not just go the whole hog and cut off donald's nuts instead?

    imagine the ratings ......

As a hater of all interrupters no matter the political stripe - have you ever seen the McLaughlin Group? Good God - I like this and think all discourse should be this way with severe penalties for interrupting people when it's their turn to speak. Non-fatal electrocution or something
