^ Turns out I can still watch Boston Legal on IMDB. Watching it now.

Not sure how I decided it wasn't there; I may have been drinking at the time

I wish IMDB would get on with The Adventures of Harry Bosch, Private Dick. (It's the title in my head)
My HEVC/H.265/x265 videos can be played with either VLC or MPC-HC

But let me get to the point, let's roll another joint...
And turn the radio loud, I'm too alone to be proud...
And you don't know how it feels...
You don't know how it feels to be me...

    Denny Crane.

I'm thinking that will probably pop out of my mouth next time I'm introduced to someone.

.....and my car batterie's dead. You now how usually the battery gives some indication before it dies, slow cranking dim lights, etc.?

Not this car. It's fine and then blam dead.

Usually it does it in the depths of winter to make it as uncomfortable for me as possible, but it's only just freezing now so better than usual.

I have it hooked to the charger (a wise long ago purchase), when charged I'll drive directly to the battery store and change it out in the parking lot.

It was somewhat of an adventure.
There's a bolted plate and a strap holding the battery in, I struggled with the damn stuck strap for a while then just cut it off. Don't need it anyway

Meanwhile 3 homeless guys, one by one, came up and asked me for money, were politely refused, then took up station watching me work, leaning against a wall 5 feet away.
They were friendly, I didn't feel threatened, exactly...
But I kept the box cutter that I cut the strap off with in my hand the whole time, making sure they could see it. I also had my regular away knife in my back pocket. It was that kind of thing.

    Lovely world.
