So I'll go down to some lonesome valleyWhere no man on earth shall there me find
Where the pretty little small birds do change their voices
And every moment blows blusterous wind.

So it's a work related purchase... Really... And it's not got much to do with stress... Although that does happen to me.

Now if I want that shipped to me it's going to cost me between £20 and £40 depending on the freight option.

eBay have them but won't ship them to the UK. China do them but the minimum order is 500 pieces.

This is prejudice. I am now extremely stressed and I have nothing to squeeze that won't cause me to regret it later...

You can always throw it at them, too

How in the world of Garp did you get hold of our family photo's? We stored them in a password protected book that holds all our faces, hidden by a cloud?! Sigh.
P.s. sorry about the artificial boobs: they forced me to cover my boobylicious menboobs.

My mood today is kind of cranky. Semi-cranky. The Diet Coke of cranky.

Ran across some really nice MKV of The Six Million Dollar Man (Seasons 3-5) but on a bunch of really crappy hosts (except one)
    I have my choice of:

Filefactory: Medium speed and steady but unfortunately each episode takes about an hour at the 100-150kbps I'm getting (mostly at the lower speed)
Uploaded: I don't think I have to voice what my complaints of this host is.
Uploadable.ch: I get really good speed with this until about 20 minutes in when the download dies every single time I use it for large files.
DataFile: Might as well be Uploaded for all the use it does to me. Crappy speeds and wait times.

I looked around the net and everything else is dead uploaded and Rapidgator links.

Second pet peeve is that the guy didn't pay attention to what he was doing and the episodes aren't titled except by season and episode number.
so I hit Season 04E01 parts 1 & 2 (one was a SMDM episode, two was a Bionic Woman episode) thinking it was The Return of Bigfoot 1 & 2
only to find he's accidentally ripped the second episode of the season instead.
No biggie as I noticed the actual second episode link was about 50mb bigger, so I figured he just screwed the titling up.
After I downloaded it, I found it was the same exact episode but ripped at a slightly different rate.

So now I have one really nice MKV version of the one episode I wanted and part 2 is a crappy TV rip off of Sci-fi channel that I have had for years,
and it''s not like this guy has a way I could contact him and let him know of the error.

On the plus side, everything else seems to be as advertised.
I grabbed the 3 part "Kill Oscar" episodes (Two Bionic Woman, one SMDM) and now I'm going for the 2 part "Death Probe", (both Season 04)
and the quality is really good considering it's a 35-40 year old TV show.

I think once I get back to the house, I'll grab 2 or 3 episodes a day until I get the Seasons 3-5 done.
The place I found them also have Seasons 1-2 but they are avi and by a different ripper so I'm not optimistic about their quality.
The "digital remastering" seem to work better on the later seasons as I have Season 1 on DVD and when I tried to rip it, it looked like crap.
My HEVC/H.265/x265 videos can be played with either VLC or MPC-HC

Apathy their stepping stone, so unfeeling...
    Hidden deep animosity, so deceiving...
Through your eyes their light burns, hoping to find...
Inquisition sinking you with prying minds..
