Slowly but surely, summer is giving up it's grip. (I know it's fall but it doesn't work that way around here)

Even with the 90 degree days we had here the last few days, the AC isn't on until after 12PM and usually by 5PM, it's off again
with it being turned on and off again for just a few minutes during the evening.

    Crying parents tell their children
If you survive don't do as we did
A son exclaims there'll be nothing to do to
Her daughter says she'll be dead with you...

It's just taking a REALLY long time to do it...

Heater on late at night/early morning. Short blasts of AC during the later afternoon.

We only have about half of the luftfeuchte that you do (and some of that will burn off as the day gets warmer) and no niederschlag at all.
I was surprised to find out that German word for wind is still wind.

Niederschlag is just a more sophisticated word for "fucking rain".

After being quite nice and unseasonably warm for some time now, this weekend we take a big dip and settle in for the cold days of winter.

Once again it's time to pack up and move to my winter home on the beach of Costa Rica.

Oh wait, I don't have a winter home on the beach of Costa Rica.

    Fuck.
