Don't tread on me, ya redcoats!
    Signs will arrive tonight
    Guiding light decrease my pain
That I created on my own

    Blind be my eyes tonight
Hide the sight that sees in vain
Before and after is all done

And everything is in time gone

It always reminds me of the song:

    "Today's the fourth of July
    Another June has gone by
And when they light up our town I just think
What a waste of gunpowder and sky"

Enjoy your day, folks. If you have a beer, make it a good quality beer!
Life's too short to drink bad beer.

here's the dilemna - if i wish you a happy july 4th, it may sound like i'm a snobby brit who's pleased to be shot of you - if i don't wish you a happy july 4th, it may sound like i'm a snobby brit petulantly trying to downplay the significance of the day

let's just stick with "happy generic day within the month of july, hope it's the best"

"i know enough to know what's instantly forgettable"

^ LoL On a lark I googled "Does England celebrate 4th of July?" and here's an answer:

"No, but American's living in England would celebrate it. I guess it would be like celebrating the day your kid graduated from high school or left home, it's the day England got rid of the pesky kids who wouldn't pay their taxes."

    Happy Independence Day!
