That's fairly easy for you to say, most of the time he said, she said seems to go he said's way in a court of law.

Plus most of this (except for the nasty trio) isn't about charges to begin with, it's about the right to not have to work with perverts anymore.
In a lot of these cases, Hollywood seems to have known about these individuals' behavior for YEARS and not done anything about it as an industry.

also something to consider is that people like this weinguy have
the money and resources - apparently including former intelligence
operatives(?) - to bury anyone who tries to complain through the
    proper channels.

don't get me wrong, i'm just generalizing here - we could be talking about a doctor or garbageman in reality - it's an observation that making an accusation publicly known is enough for many people to condemn that party without recourse to evidence or proper legal process

the law has to be solid, whether dealing with celebrity or not, to protect the innocent - there can't be one rule for one and one rule for another

i really do urge anyone not familiar with the name to google "christopher jefferies" ..... or to find the excellent bbc docudrama based on his experiences

Or since we are going to throw out names as an extreme example, we could mention Jimmy Saville, Rolf Harris or Gary Glitter.
So many victims are behind the 8 ball to begin with just trying to prove something happened to them.
Whether it's a Hollywood elitist, Jello pudding pop comedian or an Alabama redneck, after the first 4 come out, they're just as freakin' guilty to me.

And no offense to you, but I could care less if someone feels uncomfortable about it.
Not everything has to be penis approved to bring validation to it.

    P.S. Luv you.

When someone posts a unique phrase I sometimes google it to educate myself and to see if there are interesting or funny articles/images associated with it that I can post in the interests of further info or humor.

I should have known better with this one.

Thanks to Frosty's suggestion I now use DuckDuckGo; Google is probably wondering wth happened to me and all my "Ice cream truck songs that annoy little kids" searches etc.

    * 'Google it' is such a generic phrase for search, it would be kinda weird to say 'I DuckDuckGoed it' lolz

And I want to bring this up again, sp88.

At no time was I accusing you of anything and if you feel that I was, that was not my intention.

    Nothing much today.

I moved the blue recycle bin so Mooch couldn't climb up the fence and vault on it then jump over to the green one that Mama's food is on and start eating.
He tried moving further down the fence but he can't balance on the top rail/pole well enough to launch himself on the green one.
The old way was in a corner so he could balance himself and launch better.

Of course I have no doubt next time he'll do it...the boy loves that canned food.
(I have no proof he is a male but he is the most difficult one so he's got to be the boy. )

    Mooch: 45
    Mama Kitty/Frosty: 3
