I wouldn't hold your breath waiting on that Trump money.

He only said it knowing that the Senate Republicans aren't going to allow it to happen, and the House Republicans would vote against it too.

Trump will just shrug his shoulders and say "Hey, I tried. Vote for me in November.)"

but honestly there's no way I'd want to maybe end up in another Super Bowl with the Ravens still around.

I didn't care much for the results of the last time we tried that.
Congratulations to Mahomes and the Chiefs for the Super Bowl win. And to the 49ers for making it the big show. And to league MVP Lamar Jackson on his record breaking season. And to the Ravens for a 14-2 season. I was in a no security work release overflow facility so I did get to see all the games including that turkey of a playoff game. After 90 evenings of beast mode gladiator school on the free weights I got my bench press back to 360#. If I was 15 years younger I would try for a Ravens summer camp walk on spot for safety or cornerback. LOL!

Let us hope there is some sort of NFL season this year and let the Draft begin!

It start in less than 2 hours.

They never pick who I want but I hope we take Henry Ruggs III with that #13 pick.

CeeDee Lamb & Jerry Jeudy are fine wideouts but Ruggs isn't afraid to run a route in the middle.
With George Kittle in the same kind of areas we can eat defenses up.

The #31 pick I'm hoping we trade back and get more picks (after the first round picks, we don't have one until the 5th round.)

If they can swing a 2nd and a 4th, they should go CB and OT.

If they keep that #31, go CB and patch up the offensive line with whatever free agent talent they can find.

We shouldn't have too many holes to patch.

Both Lamb & Jeudy sitting there and yet again we take another fucking defense player after our weakness in the Super Bowl was offense.

This is what happens when your GM is a defense guy.

So I take a nap and my football team changed.

We traded for Washington's Trent Williams (5th rounder this year and a third rounder next year), Staley retired, we traded Breida for a 5th rounder to the Dolphins and Goodwin was shipped off to the Iggles for swapped sixth rounders.

According to Niners Nation, this should clear up about 17 million in cap space.

General manager John Lynch maintained during the week that the team was trying to find a “good home” for Goodwin, and that appears to be the case. The Niners would be wise to designate the trade with a Post-June-1 date, as that would save the team $4.2 million in cap space. With the trade for Breida, the 49ers have cleared $7 million in cap space today. Factor in Joe Staley’s retirement, and that’s another $10 million.
