An unpleasant surprise this morning to hear on national news that my local hospital has no free ICU beds and they are "rationing" ICU care. Apparently, that means the most likely to survive will get the bed.
I'm staying put for another week or two - maybe Bond could send some of his spare beans.
Virus has gone crazy - first people shopped and socialised at Christmas/New Year; plus, we have the English virus spreading like wildfire. Currently, we have the highest rate per head of population in the world; we're in lockdown, obviously; and the cases seem to have peaked, but not the hospitalisations. It's going to be a grim few weeks here.

Alabama won the College Football Championship Thingy last night and the news was showing all the idiots in Alabama in a big crowd celebrating
