Still not clue as for what you will have for dinner tonight?
In honour of my new signature image I will offer you a very, very personal recipe.

This one might sound insane but let me assure you, this is truly a heavenly dish.
Once it touches your tongue you will feel the aroma, the absolute union of ingredients. Such delicious dishes cause the flavor explosion within our mouth.
It's like having cherub's dance in your mouth, courting your palate.
Cook this dish on special events. (Though it might be better if you do not cook it on your first date :-)

^^ Yep. That's me. Offering you a nutritious meal.
Offering you a bit of myself. Offering you a personal recipe. How cool is THAT?

    Da Duke's Brain:

Prep time: 1 hour / Cook time: 1 hour / Ready in: 2 hours / Serves 4 people
    Ingredients
    0.5-0.6kg beef brain
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1-2 bay leafs
    3-4 pepper peas
    1/5 tablespoon pepper
    1 slice onion
    1/3 teaspoon salt
    200-250g sour cream
    50g flour

    INSTRUCTIONS
1: Put my brain into cold water and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Leave tmy brain within the water for one hour.
2: Very gently remove the membrane of my brain without removing it from the water. Once membrane is gone replace the water. Make sure water covers tmy brain.
3: Put salt, pepper peas, bay leaf and the rest vinegar and place it on heat. As soon as water starts boiling, reduce the heat and let it boil slowly for 20 min.
4: In the meantime chop the onion into small pieces ready for frying.
5: Remove my boiled brain and put it on the colander for 3-5 min. When the moisture is almost gone, cut tmy brain into medium size pieces about 3-4 cm each.
6: Add flour to my brain and fry it with onion, black pepper and any spices you like. (use butter for frying)
7: Once my brain is ready, (has light brown color) add sour cream and cook it in the oven for 20-30 min.
8: Serve my brain warm with fresh or cooked vegetables.
9: Enjoy this heavenly dish. it will be like if an angel feasts you. Promised.

p.s. as you may expect: ANY brain will do. But whats the fun in having such a common recipe?

falafel in chapatis. Chapati is unleavened flatbread, which is fried and only
takes 5min to make, i.e. the quick and easy option.

    bean salad,

which always reminds me of kentucky fried chicken - not the food, but the
place. In the '80s our local kentucky fried chicken was a small place and the
queue would direct you parallel to the counter and past a glass-front fridge
where you could pick up a tub of bean salad or coleslaw or chocolate mousse.
