it's fine* just don't operate heavy machinery after drinking it.

    * it's actually bad. You wouldn't identify it as vanilla if blind-tasting.

I'm drinking my lunch (not like that but because of that )

Breakfast this morning was the only thing that stayed down: Glass of milk to raise my blood sugar a bit.

Lunch was a half glass of milk, a microwaved mug of Kroger 33% less sodium chicken broth and at the end I managed to eat a single string cheese without hurling*.

    * Jury's still out of the hurling but 30 minutes in, it's staying inside my stomach.

That's what I get, I like it better that Swanson, and it's half the price.

    Feel better.

I don't think you're supposed to tell me to "feel better" since this was self-inflicted but thanks.

BTW: Both of my guys this morning let me know that they weren't happy so it looks like I'm going to abstain from the booze for awhile.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The hangover has subsided enough that I had some more solid food.

A hot dog on whole wheat bread w/ mayo, jalapenos and some sliced extra sharp cheddar on it and it appears to be staying down.

    Ham. I'm having ham.

    Ham breakfast sandwich.
    Ham lunch sandwich.
    Ham dinner sandwich.
Hash browns and eggs with, yes, ham.
    Scalloped potatoes with ham.
In the crockpot? Pinto beans and ham with green chile.

Still a bunch left, and I'm seeing this through to the end.

    Good thing I like ham.

^Ham goes really well in pea soup. Also, with pasta, light creamy sauce and some peas. Really good.

I'm having a no sugar added/laden with sugar alcohols oatmeal raisin cookie Walmart sells, and a bottle of Milo's zero calorie sweet tea.

Lunch an hour ago was half a chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat, a pickle spear and I stole a nacho cheese Dorito from the kid.
