if you want messy pizza base suggestions, there is always polenta.

Aw, shucks...too many carbs in polenta.

I was SO looking forward to it.

Breakfast this morning was the 2 spinach & egg frittatas this morning along with the usual hard boiled egg, light string cheese and 8 oz of 2% milk with it.

Baby hair with a woman's eyes, I can feel you watching in the night..
All alone with me and we're waiting for the sunlight, when I feel cold you warm me...
When I feel I can't go on you come and hold me, it's you and me forever...

Sara Smile, won't you smile a while for me?

Lunch was a salad of Romaine lettuce, shredded chicken breast, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, grape tomatoes
and just enough of that Skinny Girl Fat Free/Sugar Free Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing to cover the lettuce.

Also had a half bag of brussel sprouts with margarine and garlic power I made up earlier with the rest to be used for tonight's other half bag.

That salad dressing blends well with the sharp shredded cheese and really makes it stand out.

All in all, about a 22 g carb lunch.

Dinner tonight was a 3 oz. Tilapia fillet with a couple of cut up small roasting potatoes for the carbs, and crinkle cut carrots.

I tried out a simple recipe for faux tartar sauce tonight (I can't eat the stuff in the fridge = sugar & HFCS) and it went really well with the fish.

I'm having - early 'cause I'm hungry - the pork chops I was going to mesquite grill for T-giving but was too tired.
Now I'm brining breading and baking them, gonna be done in 30 minutes. Nummies.

I also just bought this because I can't find it in the stores I go to and I love the stuff:

    oh ho ho ho

    everybody was kung fu fighting,
those cats were fast as lightning,
in fact it was a little bit frightening,
but they fought with expert timing.

there were funky chinamen from funky chinatown,
bond was breading porkchops up, bond was breading porkchops down,
it's an ancient cooking art and everybody knew their part,
simply dip, then roll, then shake, and in to the oven for a bake.
