^At about the same time they began abusing and misusing the word "Organic".

Tonight I'm making Spaghetti Americana, Mediterranean salad and baked Peaches.

    We had breakfast for dinner.
Eggs made to order (sunny side up for me), bacon, potato pancakes and toast.

That's the best kind of gravy.

    Mmmmm, potato pancakes.

I'm not going to be eating much it looks like. I just went to the store this morning and prices have gone up again. Probably 35% in the last 18 months. It's pretty hard to eat healthy when just one apple costs a dollar but you can get a whole box of snack cakes for the same price. Chicken now costs more than pork and almost as much as ground beef. The drought over the last couple of years is starting to make an impact. Also, the corporate farms in California are ripping out vegetable fields and planting Almonds. To cash in on the Almond milk fad. Only problem is it takes 10 times the amount of water to make a gallon of Almond milk as it does Cow's milk. They're sucking up all the ground water to make a short term profit. 40% of the food produced in this country comes from California. This is a huge problem for all of us. The West and SouthWest are forecast to get even drier over the next 50 years.

Good thing Climate Change is only a hoax, right?
